What is the turnaround time for my case?
Turnaround times depend greatly upon the complexity of the case. In general, allow full business days (excluding day of pickup/delivery) as follows: Wax bite blocks & try-ins · 5 days Process & Finish · 6 days Immediate process & finish · 8 days Reline/Repair · 2 days Nightguard · 6 days
Do you offer same-day repairs & relines?
Yes! To ensure driver & technician availability the day of the reline/repair, please call to schedule 1-2+ business days in advance.

What is your policy for case adjustments, repairs, or remakes?
Our commitment is to provide high-quality dental prosthetics that meet your expectations. If any issues arise due to our workmanship or materials, we will gladly address and correct them at no additional cost. However, if adjustments or repairs are needed due to factors beyond our control or if there are changes in the patient's oral condition, we will work collaboratively with you to find a suitable solution. We take pride in our multiple quality checks throughout the fabrication process to ensure the best possible product for our doctors and their patients!
